It was a very great experience renting the new myvi from this company. To receive this new myvi as a rental car was very unexpected, because i wanted to rent the 2016 myvi advan, the car wasn't available due to the previous customer extending its rental period, but thanks to Eaden and the company, they gave me a free upgrade to this new myvi. I would really suggest this company if you're going to travel around Kuching Sarawak. 10/10

We rented a new Bezza from Wagons Car Rental Services and were very satisfied with their service. The PIC, Eaden, was very professional and helpful. The car was provided with a full tank of fuel when we first rented it, and everything was in excellent condition. A phone holder was provided as well in the car. They were also very punctual with the car handover. Highly recommended!

Does car rental rate with insurance?
We are not provide with full insurance excess (zero excess). Please refer our T&C or contact our admin for further inquiries.
Is the security deposit reimbursable
Refund of Security Deposit will be make upon car return in good condition and clean or after deducting any charges, penalty, police summon and etc.

Is it possible for me to modify or cancel my reservation?
Feel free to get in touch with us through a call or on WhatsApp if you need to adjust the date and time of your booking. Please note that the 20% of booking fee will be forfeited if cancellation of order.
Do you provide pick-up and drop-off services?
At Kuching Sentral and Kuching International Airport, we provide complimentary delivery and drop-off services. However, for alternative locations, there are pick-up and drop-off charges starting from RM15 per way, which may vary depending on distance and traffic conditions.
Is it possible for me to extend the rental period for a day?
To ensure a smooth extension process, kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled end of the rental for approval.
